Car Approval Pro is a lead generation service that connects consumers seeking auto financing with dealerships that specialize in various credit situations. We are NOT a lender and do not make financing decisions.

Our services include:

• Matching consumers with appropriate dealer partners
• Facilitating communication between consumers and dealers

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application through Car Approval Pro does NOT guarantee loan approval or specific financing terms. Final approval and terms are determined solely by the dealership and/or their lending partners.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an application. Providing false or misleading information may result in:

• Rejection of your application
• Termination of service
• Legal consequences

6. Credit Authorization

By submitting an application, you authorize Car Approval Pro and our dealer partners to:

• Obtain consumer credit reports and related information
• Verify information provided in your application
• Contact you via phone, text, or email regarding your application

7. No Fees to Consumer

There is NO fee to submit an application or use our matching services. We are compensated by dealer partners for successful lead generation.

8. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

• Phone calls and text messages about your application
• Emails regarding your application status
• Marketing communications (you may opt-out at any time)

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Car Approval Pro website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Car Approval Pro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Car Approval Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Car Approval Pro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
